Our company is an international professional pharmaceutical marketing, promotion, and distribution service provider, offering comprehensive value chain services. We focus on specialty sales and promotion in hospitals and clinics, facilitate in prescriptions release in pharmacies and OTC sales and promotion. Our sales clientele includes over 12,000 establishments such as medical centers, regional hospitals, area hospitals, clinics, chain pharmacies, standalone pharmacies, and hyper market. We have created the largest domestic pharmaceutical marketing and service integrated system in the country.

Marketing and sales promotion teams
To effectively develop sales in hospitals and clinics channels, we have established several specialty teams and focused on disease related symptoms as our marketing strategy. We continue to invest in resource and develop expertise in those specialties such as Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, Urology, Nephrology, Infectious Diseases, Dermatology, and Neurology/Psychiatry.
In the pharmacy channels, we also emphasize the promotion of prescription release and OTC for self-medication guidance. Through ongoing pharmacist education, community health education for the public, in-store displays, activities related to medication safety, medicinal authenticity verification and so on, we aim to create a close bond and connection among patients, consumers, and pharmacists.

From past to present, we have ever cooperated with many original brand companies such as Pfizer, Viatris, Janssen-Cilag, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Besins, Ferring, Shionogi, Astellas, Takeda and Eisai, some specialty generics companies such as Lotus, Nangkuang, TTY Biopharm and the official organizations such as TFDA and CDC a few of municipal health bureaus.
Arich has established the first one large and modern cGMP logistics center. We can provide one stop total solution service for principal companies customers from HP tender and bidding, customer service, warehouse management, transportation and delivery, AR management, IT reports and service containing sales data declaration to the government for quarterly medicinal price volume survey. In 2011, we have established two large cold chain rooms at 2-8 degree C for storage and GMP redressing, and they have been successfully inspected by TFDA and constantly renewed in compliance with PIC/s GMP. In 2023, we have expanded cold chain storage areas, added -80 degree C ultralow refrigerators used for storing vaccine. We aim to provide high quality storage service for bio pharmaceuticals products and vaccines.

In 2002, Arich has established business relationship with China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation and via joint venture set up NPLC in Beijing. We have maintained strong relationship with NPLC in medicinal business.
In 2009, Arich has become a member of Excelsior group, stock symbol: 4104, it has actively expanded its service scope and deeply integrated on resources from Excelsior’s owned hospitals, specialized hospitals, blood dialysis centers, long-term care centers, medical aesthetics clinics, dental clinics and etc. in Taiwan, aiming to establish a more competitive value chain of services.
