Retirement System and Implementation
The company's employee retirement programs are established in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and relevant regulations. The company monthly allocates "retirement reserve funds" to be deposited into a designated account at the Bank of Taiwan. A "Retirement Reserve Fund Supervisory Committee" composed of representatives from both labor and management is responsible for managing, supervising and auditing matters related to the retirement reserve funds.
Additionally, since July 1st, 2005, the new Labor Pension System has been implemented. The company has completed the selection of the new system for all employees and has begun monthly contributions to the retirement funds for employees who have chosen the new system and for new employees hired after the implementation of the new Labor Pension System.
